1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Manziuk Artem, an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine, trading as Cybernomics ("Cybernomics", "we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use the website at https://cybernomics.biz and the related game and services (together, the "Service").

We are the controller of your personal data for the purposes of applicable data-protection law, including the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

2. What data we collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

Account data — the email address and any username, player name, or company name you provide when you register, and your authentication credentials (passwords are stored only in encrypted/hashed form).
Game and usage data — information generated as you play, such as your in-game actions, progress, virtual assets, settings, and preferences.
Payment-related data — payment is processed by a third-party payment provider, depending on where you buy. For purchases made through our website, our reseller and Merchant of Record Paddle.com collects and processes your payment details (such as card information and billing address) directly. For purchases made in our Android app from Google Play, payment is processed through Google Play's billing system, and Google collects and processes those payment details directly. In both cases, we do not receive or store your full payment-card details; we receive only limited transaction information, such as confirmation of payment, the product purchased, and an order reference.
Technical data — information collected automatically when you use the Service, such as your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating-system information, language settings, and log data including dates and times of access.
Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 6.
Communications — the content of messages you send us, for example support requests.

3. How we use your data

We use personal data to:

create and manage your account and provide the Service to you;
operate, maintain, and improve the game, including game balancing and new features;
process and confirm your purchases through Paddle and provide related support;
communicate with you about your account, your transactions, and important changes to the Service or to our policies;
detect, prevent, and address fraud, cheating, abuse, security incidents, and breaches of our Terms of Service;
comply with our legal and regulatory obligations; and
maintain the security and integrity of the Service.

4. Legal bases for processing

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

Performance of a contract — to provide the Service and process your purchases under our Terms of Service.
Legitimate interests — to secure, maintain, and improve the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how the Service is used, provided these interests are not overridden by your rights.
Legal obligation — to comply with applicable laws, including tax and accounting requirements.
Consent — where we ask for it, for example for certain cookies or optional communications. You may withdraw consent at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as described below:

Paddle.com — our reseller and Merchant of Record for purchases made through our website, which processes payments, charges applicable taxes, issues invoices, and handles refunds and payment-related support. Paddle processes your data under its own privacy policy, available at https://www.paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Google (Google Play) — for purchases made in our Android app, Google processes your payment through Google Play's billing system and may process related data under the Google Privacy Policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Service providers — hosting, infrastructure, and other providers that help us operate the Service, acting on our behalf and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Legal and safety — authorities, regulators, or other third parties where we are required to do so by law, or where necessary to protect our rights, users, or the security of the Service.
Business transfers — if the Service or our business is transferred to another party, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to function, for example to keep you signed in and to remember your settings. We may also use cookies to understand and improve how the Service is used. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling essential cookies may affect how the Service works.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy — in particular, for as long as you maintain an account with us — and thereafter only as required to comply with our legal obligations (for example, tax and accounting records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. Account and data deletion

You can request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it at any time, in either of the following ways:

Account deletion page: visit https://cybernomics.biz/delete-account.html and follow the on-screen instructions to submit a deletion request. This page works in any web browser and does not require the app to be installed.
By email: send a request to contact@cybernomics.biz from, or quoting, the email address linked to your account.

When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with it — including your account data and in-game data — within 30 days, except for data we are required to keep for legitimate reasons such as compliance with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, and the resolution of disputes. Any such retained data is kept only for as long as required by applicable law and is then deleted or anonymised. Payment records held by Paddle (for website purchases) or by Google (for Google Play purchases) are subject to their respective retention practices.

Temporarily deactivating, disabling, or not using your account is not the same as account deletion.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including encrypted storage of credentials and secure (HTTPS) connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International data transfers

We operate from Ukraine, and our service providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside your country or the European Economic Area, we take steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards in line with applicable law.

11. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
request deletion of your data;
restrict or object to certain processing;
request a copy of your data in a portable format; and
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@cybernomics.biz. We will respond in accordance with applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

For payment-related data held by Paddle, you can also exercise your rights directly with Paddle via https://paddle.net.

12. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the higher minimum age required for consent to data processing in your country). You must be at least 13, or that higher minimum age, to use the Service, and at least 18 (or the age of legal majority in your country of residence) to make any purchase. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum age has provided us with personal data, please contact us at contact@cybernomics.biz and we will take steps to delete it.

13. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
