This page lets you request permanent deletion of your Cybernomics account and its associated data. It works in any web browser and does not require the app to be installed.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your game progress, virtual items, and posts will be lost. Virtual items have no monetary value and cannot be refunded or transferred as part of deletion.
How to delete your account
Press the Delete My Account button below.
Confirm your intent in the two confirmation dialogs that appear.
Your email app opens with a pre-filled deletion request to contact@cybernomics.biz. Send it from (or include) the email address linked to your account. If your email app does not open, email us manually using the details shown.
We verify the request and delete your data within 30 days, then send you a confirmation.

Send the request from the email address linked to your account (or state your player name) so we can locate and remove it. We will confirm once deletion is complete.
Alternative: request by email
You can also delete your account without using the button above. Send an email to contact@cybernomics.biz with the subject “Delete my Cybernomics account” from, or quoting, the email address linked to your account. We will process the request the same way.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal and game data associated with it, including:
Account data — your email address, player name, company name, and authentication credentials.
Game data — your in-game progress, virtual companies and assets, settings, and preferences.
User-generated content — your feed posts, comments, and likes.
Associated identifiers — session and device identifiers and analytics data that are linked to your account.
What data may be retained
We may keep a limited amount of data after deletion where we are legally required or permitted to, specifically for:
compliance with legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims and resolving disputes.
Any retained data is kept only for as long as required by applicable law and is then deleted or anonymised. Payment records are held by our payment providers under their own retention practices — Paddle for website purchases (privacy policy) and Google for Google Play purchases (privacy policy).
Deletion timeline
Account and game data are deleted within 30 days of a verified request, except for the limited categories described above. Temporarily not using your account is not the same as deleting it.
